About Nasim

Nasim Mansuri is an editor and writer. She has written and published articles on books and films at Hypable.com, spirituality and community development at BahaiTeachings.org (where she was also editorial staff), and on Narnia and race at Tor.com. In 2019, she founded the Young Writers’ Endeavor, a yearly, free, online writing workshop for youth from around the world.

Nasim has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Professional Writing from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Now living in the Boston area and working full-time as an engineer (with a side of freelance writing and editing), her stories carry hints of countries from around the world, as she has previously lived in many other countries. She is very passionate about the written word and its role in the betterment of society, and is engaged in establishing a strong junior youth and children’s spiritual empowerment program with her local community.

      1. Hmm, that’s strange. There always used to be a follow button, but I don’t see one on your blog. And there’s none on mine either, now that I’m thinking about it. I wonder if WP has done another “hate Macs” thing and I just can’t see it. I do use the subscribe widget, but I’m thinking about changing the theme, since it’s all the way at the bottom.

  1. Okay, my confusion. It used to be at the top of the page, so that’s where I looked for it. Now I see that it’s at the bottom. I’ve been on WordPress a long time, and still don’t understand the compulsion to constantly change things that are working fine.
